STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Do they work without heated grips?
GripHeat is a conductor, not a heater — it moves heat, it doesn't make it. With heated grips it transforms your ride. Without them, it's still a snug wind-cheating base layer, but the whole-hand warmth comes from the grips.
I'm between sizes. Which do I pick?
Size up. A slightly relaxed liner keeps full palm contact with the grip and layers under your glove without stretching the weave. A too-tight liner works harder than it needs to.
Can I use a touchscreen with them on?
Yes. The fingertips use the same conductive silver thread as the palm, so phones, GPS units, and TFT dashes all respond like you're bare-handed.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on gentle, air dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the silver thread and dulls conductivity. Treated right, the weave outlasts riding seasons, and it's warrantied for a year regardless.
Which gloves do they fit under?
Any of them. At 0.4mm, GripHeat is thinner than nearly every dedicated liner glove on the market. Gauntlets, shorties, ADV, moto-x, three-season textiles — if your hand fits in the glove today, it fits with GripHeat tomorrow.
Can I wear them on their own?
Above roughly 55°F, plenty of riders do — they grip well and take the edge off the wind. Below that, or at highway speeds, layer them under a proper riding glove. And they're liners, not armor: crash protection comes from the glove over them.
What's the warranty?
One year on materials and workmanship, including the conductive weave. If the silver thread stops doing its job under normal riding and washing, we replace the pair. Contact us with your order number.
How fast is shipping, and what does it cost?
$4.95 flat anywhere in the US, free on orders over $50. We ship from Colorado within 1–2 business days and most orders arrive in 2–5. US only for now — international is on the roadmap.
What if they don't work for me?
30 days, unworn, full refund — no interrogation. Try them on indoors, check the fit, and if it's not right send them back. See Shipping & Returns for the two-step process.
Will they mess with my lever feel?
No — and this is the point. At 0.4mm they're thinner than most liner gloves, so clutch and brake feel stay exactly as they were. Most riders forget they're wearing them until they notice their hands aren't cold.
