TERMS OF SERVICE

Buying from gripheat.com means you're okay with the terms below. We've kept them short and in plain English, because that's how we'd want them.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we charge your card and email a confirmation. If we've botched a price or a product listing (it happens), we'll contact you before shipping — you can take the corrected deal or a full refund, your call. We can decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent.

SHIPPING

We ship within the US. Timelines and costs live on the Shipping & Returns page; title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, but if a package vanishes in transit, contact us and we'll make it right anyway.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

30-day returns on unworn product and a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship, as spelled out in Shipping & Returns. That page is part of these terms.

USING THE PRODUCT

GripHeat liners transfer heat; they are not protective equipment. Wear proper riding gloves over them, ride to conditions, and remember that no glove liner substitutes for judgment. Follow the care instructions — the warranty covers defects, not dryers.

THE SITE

Content on this site (words, images, the GripHeat name and logo) is ours; don't reuse it commercially without asking. Don't abuse the site — no scraping the store, probing the checkout, or misusing the contact form.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at what you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms strips you of consumer rights that can't legally be waived.

CHANGES & CONTACT
