Short version: we collect what it takes to get liners to your door, and that's it. No selling your data, no creepy tracking, no newsletter you didn't ask for.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Order data — name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We need this to ship your order, send tracking, and honor your warranty.
• Contact messages — whatever you send through the contact form, so we can answer it.

PAYMENT

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see it and we never store it. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
• We don't email you marketing unless you explicitly opted in — and every email has a working unsubscribe.

WHO WE SHARE WITH

Only the services that make your order physically happen: Stripe (payment), our shipping carriers (delivery), and our email provider (order confirmations and tracking). Each gets the minimum needed to do its job.

COOKIES

We use a session cookie to keep your cart together while you shop. That's the job it does; it doesn't follow you around the internet.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL

Want a copy of what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email support@gripheat.com and we'll take care of it. We keep order records as long as tax law makes us, then they go.
