Measure around your palm at the knuckles, thumb excluded. Between sizes? Size up — a relaxed liner conducts better than a stretched one.

Care
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Air dry — heat from a dryer is the one kind of heat these don't like. No bleach, no fabric softener (it coats the conductive thread).
